Some time ago you were discussing some online backup services you were playing with. Did you ever resolve to a particular one? What has been your experience so far?

I've been using iDrive for over a year now. I backup my two Linux computers, a Mac, two NAS and my phone with it. I also backup computers to a NAS. I got an introductory offer of $4 for the first year and when i renewed, it was $80 for 10TB of storage, of which I am using just under half. Current pricing looks to be a bit different, but you can still start for cheap.
I think I still have some permissions challenges I need to figure out where it isn't backing up some things. All in all, I think it has worked pretty well. The primary interface to manage things is web-based through their site, but you can do some CLI stuff locally. That may vary, depending on your platform. Some have local GUIs.
I think my primary considerations when choosing it was to cover all my platforms with enough storage capacity to handle them all without paying per-computer prices. This checked all those boxes.
