I started watching this 2016 end-of-times tv show. It is kind of bad, but kind of good at the same time. My one complaint that I have for most apocalyptic shows and movies is how unrealistic the reality of the situation is. I don't mean the strange creatures and flying zombies. I can take those as part of the reality. What I mean is the girl who abandons a perfectly good car and starts hiking down a highway with no water or food and holding a pistol in her hand, or the family driving around in a gas-guzzling RV while they search for supplies.
Also, despite the lack of food, water and showers, everyone is looking healthy and fit and their hair is neatly groomed. I have been homeless at various times in my life and I can say that it only takes a few days to become gaunt, dirty and disheveled.
